Audit and maintain files, verifying insured and coverage, and proactively identifies possible issues.

Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation.

Ensure all BenefitMall systems are accurate and up-to-date.

Review carrier submissions for completeness, work with brokers to collect missing information and prepare all necessary documentation for carrier submission.

Proactively identifying potential escalation points and independently engaging the appropriate parties to resolve.Develop strong relationships with BenefitMall Sales for clear, concise communication related to the assigned accounts.
